    Responsibilities

    The Technology Manager will be responsible for architecting and implementing solutions and integrations between CLNS systems and Anaplan to automate reporting and process management. This incumbent will also be providing systems development in a rapidly changing enviornment in several global locations.

    • Integrate of ERP, business intelligence and reporting solutions to achieve robust/automated data/information flow to support efficient business processes
    • Work with end-users to analyze and understand business requirements; translate existing solutions and business problems into Anaplan models/solutions
    • Serve as the architectural Anaplan SME for large-scale data and planning solutions
    • Provide technical leadership and accountability related to Anaplan projects as well as other IT initiatives 
    • Participate in Anaplan data integration and migration solutions
    • Participate and/or lead UAT testing and deployment
    • Work with outside vendors/consultants - mainly Anaplan reps - to integrate new techology solutions

    Qualifications

    • 7-10 years of experience providing technology support and solution development in a corporate environment, ideally within the real estate industry
    • Anaplan expertise is required
    • Experience in the integration of ERP, business intelligence and reporting solutions
    • Deep SQL knowledge
    • Knowledge of ETL solutions
    • Strong experience working with large data sets
    • Additional competencies that would be preferable: Yardi Voyager 7S and related technologies
    • Demonstrated experience working with and providing updates to key stakeholders as well as end-users
    • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and systems development in a rapidly changing enviornment
    • Business travel, including international travel may be required
