    Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative support to tax team teams including but not limited to
      • Managing and processing expense reports in Concur
      • Maintaining calendars and contacts for key leaders of tax department
      • Coordinating travel arrangements using Concur
      • Answering phones and relaying messages
      • Arrange meetings
      • Track and monitor all tax engagement letters and invoicing.  Compose and edit letters, memos, invoices, meeting agendas, and other documents
    • Provide para-professional duties such as
      • Assist SVP in maintaining company organizational entity charts in Visio
      • Monitor all entity formations
      • Upload entity formation documents to network
      • Maintain weekly investment transaction pipeline for all Global transaction
    • Perform research using internal and external resources
    • Provide backup support, as needed

    Qualifications

    • 1-2 years administrative experience
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Visio skills a must
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Concur skills
    • Highly organized with the ability to multitask
    • Excellent judgment, analytic, and writing skills
    • Capacity for working well in an entrepreneurial, fast paced environment
    • Aptitude and desire to learn new skills
    • Ability to handle confidential information in a professional and discreet manner
    • Ability to work overtime, as needed
