    We are seeking a Payroll Manager that will oversee all aspects of payroll globally across multiple entities on a semi-monthly and bi-weekly basis.  Responsibilities to also include, but not be limited to managing:  International and domestic payroll, garnishments, time management, workers’ compensation audits, maintaining vacation/sick/personal accruals, and journal entries, etc.


    • Responsible for overseeing the preparation and processing of semi-monthly and bi-weekly payroll for multi-state entities via ADP
    • Ensure payroll increases and deductions are processed accurately and timely
    • Review in detail all changes and transactions before and after payrolls are transmitted
    • Prepare and post payroll journal entries
    • Responsible for tax reporting, and payroll system maintenance
    • Responsible for managing and training payroll team of two
    • Responsible for performing bonus calculations, preparation of various bonus schedules and year-end bonus process
    • identify accounting issues; coordinate and implement resolutions; and provide accounting support
    • Oversee the tax calculation and process of stock compensation
    • Responsible for annual compensation process management
    • Calculate compensation data analysis for management and market surveys
    • Design and/or prepare various statistical summaries and reports for management utilizing Excel & HRIS
    • Oversee the calculation and process of final checks
    • Process and approve international payroll
    • Assist with special ad-hoc reports, department and compliance audits as needed
    • Assist with OSHA and EEO-1 filings as needed
    • Responds to employee questions timely and professionally
    • Actively participate in departmental staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars as needed
    • Scan and file documentation electronically
    • Perform internal audits in payroll system to insure data is accurate
    • Complete special research projects as assigned


    • Degree in accounting or related field
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience processing payroll
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience working with accounting in a corporate environment; HR experience in a corporate environment is preferred
    • CPP certification preferred
    • Experience with ADP Workforce Now and Immedis are required
    • Experience with Expaticore and Shadow Payroll
    • Experience managing foreign payrolls/systems and resolving issues
    • Experience in reconciling payroll data and strong experience with general ledgers is required
    • Experience with Yardi accounting system is a plus
    • Prior experience with HRIS database
    • Knowledge of multi-state and international payroll
    • Proficient with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
    • Superb accuracy and attention to detail
    • Strong presentation and customer service skills
    • Proven quantitative, qualitative, analytical and hands-on problem solving skills
