    CLNS is seeking a Paralegal to join our Legal department, which sits in both LA and NY.


    • Manage corporate entities, formations, qualifications, maintenance, and dissolutions
    • Maintain legal entity database (Secretariat)
    • Draft operating agreements, resolutions/written consents
    • Experience with board and committee meeting preparation (BoardVantage)
    • Assist with SEC filings
    • Coordinate execution and distribution of approved documents
    • Interface with many internal groups (e.g., Finance, Tax, Treasury, Investments)


    • At least 5+ years of In-house paralegal experience, or other relevant experience
    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • Familiarity with corporate entity formation, maintenance, and governance
    • Superior grammar, writing and communication skills
    • Ability to interact well with all levels of personnel
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
    • Ability to manage time and tasks effectively
    • Demonstrate the ability to maintain strict confidentiality of the Company’s internal affairs
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize high-volume work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Experienced with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
    • Notary public a plus
