CLNS is seeking an experienced HR Generalist with heavy HRIS and reporting experience to join our Human Resources department in downtown Los Angeles. The incumbent will be accountable for establishing and maintaining HR analytics, reporting strategy, systems implementations, in addition to employment experience processes such as onboarding, employee relations and performance management. Additionally, the incumbent will work hand-in-hand with HR leadership on key initiatives and projects relative to integration, change management and process improvement implementations.
