This position can be an Analyst or Associate depending on experience, will be located in the company’s London office, and will work with the capital markets and financial reporting team reporting directly to the NRE CFO.  The incumbent will be an active member of the team by assisting with financial analysis, internal management reporting, board presentations, and various business development initiatives.

  • Manage and maintain the corporate model used for budgeting, strategic considerations, liquidity, dividend policy and covenants
  • Prepare and update corporate investor presentations, financial statement supplements and other financial analyses for senior management, quarterly earnings and board of directors
  • Assist in review of SEC filings such as the annual report on form 10K, quarterly report on form 10K and current reports on form 8-K
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking including searching public filings and research reports
  • Assist team in preparation for investor calls through development of external reports and supplemental financial analyses
  • Oversee corporate liquidity and cash projections
  • Analyze corporate expenses and present findings and analyses to senior management including the NRE CEO and CFO
  • Collaborate with multiple departments including the acquisitions, portfolio management, corporate finance, and accounting teams
  • Adhoc requests and special projects, as needed


  • Experience at a leading investment bank or public accounting firm
  • Proficiency building and auditing models in excel
  • Flexible, with a positive attitude and willingness to work additional hours and weekends to complete projects when necessary
  • Strong academic record at a top undergraduate institution, with an emphasis in finance, accounting and/or real estate
  • Integrity and strong work ethic with a desire to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
